We have three blue bins from Tahlequah Recycling (located on the northeast corner of the building, near the trash can area) for all our recycling needs. The next time a box of crackers, newspaper, toilet paper or paper towel roll, plastic bottle, or can is empty (and preferably rinsed as needed and broken down flat) won't you please place it in a bag or box and label it for recycling? It IS easy being green!

HOWEVER, our recycle service does NOT recycle the following items: NO GREASY PIZZA BOXES, NO STICKY DONUT BOXES, NO STYROFOAM, NO Glass, NO Number 5 Plastic, juice boxes or AIR. Air? Most of the volume of cans, boxes and bottles is air. That's why it's important to compact/stomp everything so you can to help our recycle service haul more materials in one trip. Have your cherubs do the stomping. Also, DO remove the caps and cap rings off your drink containers, OK?
