Mental Health and Exercise
A No-Brainer
"It is exercise alone that supports the spirits, and keeps the mind in vigor" This is the ancient wisdom of Roman philosopher Cicero, and now, over two thousand years later, modern medicine is confirming this statement. Extensive research is showing exercise to be a very effective treatment and means of prevention for mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and stress.
